Dissertation Presentation Movie
This video highlights one of the research participants in my dissertation study as he navigates the world of an MMORPG, Conquer Online. Findings discuss how gaming, by its veru nature produces a more integrated and multimediated literacy learning experience than tradtional literacy experienced in school. Collaboration, collective intelligence, production, and participation mean higher learning gains within a given subject in which serious gaming will provide.
